We, at BMR Legal Advocates are delighted to share that our Partner, Mr. Mukesh Butani has been invited as a Panellist for the session on ‘Globalisation of Tax Laws and Jurisprudence’. The technical session is being organised by the TIOL KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION as part of the TIOL Tax Congress, 2024 at the Taj Palace, New Delhi.

Mr Butani joins an all-star panel comprising Mr. Pramod Kumar, Ms. Crystal Kabajwara, Mr. Sriram Ranganathan, Ms. Richa Sawhney, and Mr. Dhiren Shah. The session shall explore the nuances of recent jurisprudential augurs in India, and updates in relation to extant case laws and principles in an era marked by rapid globalisation.
